Creating Legal Harmony For Arts & Cultural Institutions, Non-Profit Organizations & Small Business

How We Can Help

Entertainment,
Performance,
Content Agreements and IP Clearance

Whether you work with an organization looking to take your events to the next level or a creator who wants to protect your work, Sexton Law can help you make sure that you take the right steps on paper, as well as the stage (or the dance floor!)

Non-Profit Compliance, Revenue Generation, and Governance

With decades of experience working with non-profits as in-house counsel, outside counsel, and executive leadership, Sexton Law founder, Emily Sexton, understands the need for non-profits to be nimble and ready to explore new avenues for revenue while ensuring ongoing compliance in an ever-changing environment.

Business Operations, Employment, other contracts and poLICIES

It takes a lot of legalese to run an organization, whether its crafting employment policies, contracting with vendors, or making sure someone understands purchase agreements. With expert legal counsel, you can focus on your mission and not your form contracts.
